We all know that west harbors the terrorists and corrupt politicians of our country likewise they send spies and terrorists to our country for anarchy. The case of Raymond Davis is in front of us. Mr Bramdagh Bugti the killer of so many innocent people weather non-Balochs or Balochs went to swizertland with help of his Indian master, and filed a political asylum. We have numerous proves against that barbaric person even over the internet and within our governments classified files. People who have been targeted by this coward are also willing to send letters to Switzerland government that he should not be given a political asylum but should be returned back to the Pakistani Government. 

I request the patriots of Pakistan in Government to bring that culprit back to Pakistan and a case should be run against this terrorist.

Indo-Zionist suggested future of Balochistan

Their world views are structured around their geopolitical ambitions that they make no effort to conceal. The Indian establishment dreams of being the hegemony of South Asia and the adherents of Zionism of the Middle East. As for the neocons, the world is their oyster, or so they insist. 

This may seem ambitious enough, but there’s more — the regional hegemons, India and Israel, have an extended South Asia and Middle East in mind. As Israel Shahak, a highly regarded Israeli scholar and human rights activist, has pointed out, the subject of Israeli domination and influence is “the entire Middle East from Morocco to Pakistan”. Indian scholars and strategists from Sardar K.M. Panikar to Gen Deepak Kapoor consider the Indian Ocean their own (hence a blue-water navy), along with the region from the Persian Gulf to Malacca Strait to be within the Indian sphere of influence. 

While the Indian establishment and Zionists are almost synonymous with their respective governments, the neocons are not that powerful in the Obama administration. But surprisingly, their imperial goals still remain a part of American foreign policy. The best that the Obama government has been able to do is to walk briskly on both sides of the street. This is understandable. Impelled by the peculiar dynamics of a superpower, no American administration can roll back the imperial impulse that always finds a place in the worldview of a big power. Even George Washington had referred to the United States as a ‘rising empire’ in March 1783. 

While US-Israeli and Indo-Israeli partnerships have existed for a long time, the Indo-US partnership came into fruition only last year and is likely to be more important than the other two. As William Burns, the US undersecretary of state for political affairs, said recently in a policy speech: “Few relationships will matter more in the course of human events in the 21st century than the partnership between India and the United States.” 

One may wonder about the future repercussions of the present course of human events and the impact of Indo-US ties, but it can be taken for granted that old and new partnerships will, before long, coalesce into one triangular alliance in pursuit of their common goals in the Middle East, Central Asia and South Asia. For all we know this may have happened already. 

Now, where do we figure on the vast canvas of the allied powers? Well, we happen to occupy a critical spot on it; where their interests converge. These interests are well known but need to be enumerated here to complete the picture. Their first common interest is to denuclearise Pakistan. Second is to eliminate Islamic militants. Third is access to Afghanistan and Central Asia through Pakistan, in which the United States has a special interest as a major player in the New Great Game. Fourth is of special interest to India — persuading or coercing Pakistan to accept Kashmir’s accession to India or at least of the area under Indian occupation. 

Then there is an intriguing fifth common interest also — the creation of an independent state of Balochistan, an idea that has been in gestation since before the creation of Pakistan. In May 1945, the post-hostilities planning staff of the British war cabinet had recommended stationing “military strategic reserve” to protect sea communications in the Persian Gulf and the Arabian Sea as they were of “great strategic value”. It was argued that: “Central Headquarters India has suggested Balochistan as an alternative to India proper, on the grounds that it may be relatively easy to exclude this territory from the Dominion of India.” 

Some two years later, on Aug 12, 1947, the Khan of Kalat proclaimed the independence of the state of Kalat, comprising the entire Baloch part of Balochistan. The demand for separation and independence has since been a recurrent theme in the politics of Balochistan and has been reiterated by the present Khan of Kalat. Incidentally, he has been living in London for many years now. 

The Indian interest in Balochistan was made public when Indira Gandhi, in her victory speech after the fall of East Pakistan in 1971, assured Baloch “brothers” that India had not forgotten them. Now, 38 years later, there are good reasons to believe that the Indian establishment has indeed not forgotten them. The US interest in Balochistan is reflected in various speculations about the future geographical contours of Pakistan, complete with maps, in the US media. Balochistan, thus, remains an important piece on the chessboard of the New Great Game.There are three primary reasons why the idea of an independent state of Balochistan appeals to some strategists in the US and elsewhere. First, it will be far easier for multinationals to exploit the fabulously rich resources of a weak and poor state of ethnic Baloch people — the population is less than five million and the per capita income under half a dollar a day. 

Second, it is suitably located for naval and other military bases to complete the chain of existing US bases that stretch back to Afghanistan and Central Asia. This will provide a protected outlet for an oil pipeline from Central Asia via Afghanistan. It will also bypass an already hostile Iran and a potentially hostile and otherwise volatile Pakistan. The bases could also be used to launch an overland assault on Iran’s south-eastern coast, opposite Oman, to consolidate control of the Strait of Hormuz, the Achilles’ heel of the world economy. Lastly, as a less lethal option, an independent state of Balochistan can be used as a launching pad for a greater Balochistan movement, not only to keep Iran in check but also to make it vulnerable to ethnic fragmentation. Thus, Balochistan as a separate entity offers many temptations to allied powers. 

This is what the future holds when viewed from the ever sharpening Indo-US-Israeli focus on our land. And an impending mortal combat, mandated by fate and geography can only be resisted and survived if we stand united under a dedicated leadership. It is as simple and, let’s concede, as problematic as that.

RAW -------------> KASHMIR !!

The Kashmiri struggle has turned into a new intifada recently when youth, children and even Kashmiri women took to the streets, armed with stones—the weapons of the oppressed civilians against tyrants—braving death.

The Indian military has used every tactic and means, ranging from bullets to curfews to sealing off the territory, in order to restrain and silence the voice of Kashmiris from reaching the world. There is a whole new dimension to this civilian uprising as it is an exact replica of what the Palestinians are doing against the aggression of Israel. Thousands of women, children, students and common men are part of this rebellion that has unnerved New Delhi completely. This is the Kashmiri intifada. Some news agencies and locals through the internet and other alternate media are highlighting the happenings on the streets in IHK. These news reports have created serious PR and diplomatic problems for India. The traditional Indian claim, that Pakistan is responsible for harboring and launching the “terrorists” in Kashmir to cause unrest and rebellion has blown to tatters. With the entire population of unarmed native Kashmiris on the streets against the Indian occupation, New Delhi is running out of ideas to ebb the current uprising. This movement has destroyed the morale of the Indian forces, as with every passing moment a new story of brutality is popping up in the media. 

Historically, Pakistan remained the primary source of strength, support, aspiration and encouragement for the Kashmiris' struggle for freedom and desired to join Pakistan as Kashmiris of Azad Jammu & Kashmir did after getting independence. The Kashmiri freedom fighters used to get their strength and courage from the events of 1948 war between Pakistan and India when a new born, fragile and militarily weak Pakistan decided to fight against the Indian illicit occupation of Kashmir and liberated 37% of the valley. Joining Pakistan has remained the ultimate dream of the Kashmiri generations since 1947. But like everything else, 9/11 and Pakistan's policies

Pakistani leadership engrossed with trivial domestic political considerations, and vested interests, is almost totally oblivious of the happenings across the borders. In fact security of the State is not their concern. This column relates to a Machiavellian conspiracy being hatched by India to deflect the ongoing indigenous freedom movement in IHK, cause commotion in AJK and to give a new sinister dimension to its orchestrated propaganda against Pakistan as being a State which harbours terrorism. Having spent a couple of weeks in gathering information from various quarters and knowledgeable sources, I am certain that this time Indian RAW with the backing of its foreign partners is going to put Pakistan really in a difficult situation, where it would be somewhat impossible for it to get out. The objective of the RAW's sinister plan is to force Islamabad and the APHC leadership in IHK to bow down before New Delhi.

The conspiracy, for which preparatory work has been completed in all respects, is the formation of a fake group of militants in the name of “Kashmiri Taliban” that will be launched under the guidance of Indian National Security Advisor's Office. This would be heavily funded from secret fund while arms and ammunition would be arranged from Afghanistan, mainly of the Russian origin instead of Indian manufactured items to prove that the Kashmiri Taliban have surfaced on the pattern of Tehrik-i-Taiban Pakistan, with the backing of TTP and Afghan Taliban.

Those having information about the conspiracy divulged limited information but from several other sources I have gathered that this so-called Kashmiri Taliban group is openly to support an Independent Kashmir which, they would claim, should include Gilgit-Baltistan and Aksai Chin. The objective of this demand would not only be to create an impression in Pakistan that Kashmiris are no longer interested to join Pakistan but also to create some misunderstanding with our time tested friend China. Attacks by this group would also create anti-Kashmiri feelings inside Pakistan.

Sources revealed that the group would be tasked first to launch a few mock attacks inside India to establish its credibility and then carry out a series of devastating attacks inside Azad Kashmir and even in Pakistan in the name of Islamic Army of Kashmiri Taliban (IAKT) on the pattern of banned TTP. The whole purpose is to create the situation like FATA where the Taliban enjoy control before the launching of a final military operation in IHK. 

Another benefit to India would be to seek the support of the United States and other Western countries under the pretext that Kashmiris, Pakistanis and Afghan Taliban are chips of the same block and they need to be crushed simultaneously. It is an open secret that ever since 9/11 developments, India has been trying its level best both through diplomatic offensive and media onslaught to equate Kashmiri freedom movement with terrorism. This is because the world today is focused on the issue of terrorism considering it as the biggest threat to the security of the globe. Pakistan following an ostrich like approach has failed to establish that in fact India itself is indulging in State terrorism in IHK. Luckily, there is now growing realization among the international community that the renewed Kashmiri Intifada is totally indigenous. So by creating Kashmiri Taliban, Indians would be trying to give a new dimension to the entire issue so as to win the sympathy of the world.

According to some sources, RAW's plans to deal with the Taliban were also discussed with some US officials who accompanied President Barack Obama during his visit to India from November 6 to 8. Manmohan Singh had impressed upon President Obama that unless Pakistan was forced to act against Kashmiri militant groups “inside Pakistan” and the US plays a direct and bold role to crush all Kashmiri militants, it would not be possible for India to work in a broader strategic cooperation with the Western world.

It was in this perspective that officials of the two countries debated the issue in detail and agreed upon the intelligence sharing on the basis of “counter terrorism” initiative signed in July 2010. Cooperation will be broadened between the American Homeland Security and Indian Home Department. To seek sympathies of the Americans, Indian officials also handed over a fake list of two dozen alleged training centres in Pakistan and Azad Kashmir for Kashmiri freedom fighters. The Indian side repeated the old propaganda that ISI was actively supporting and training Kashmiri and other Taliban and urged the US officials to take hard line and use all possible means to force Pakistan to close the training network.

The US officials reportedly expressed their limitations over exerting too much pressures on Pakistan. However Obama reportedly urged Manmohan Singh to work in close coordination with the Western strategic interests in order to gain the long-term benefits. Sources were of the view that there was no consensus between Obama and Manmohan Singh on how to tackle the issue of Kashmir but American President did link the resolution of the decades old problem through peaceful means. However, on the sidelines, American security officials and Indian officials did reach an accord to jointly work on a long-term plan to crush militants' network in the region as part of their counter-terrorism cooperation.

Under this tacit approval by the Americans to crush the militants, Indian occupation forces in IHK would get free hand to crush the indigenous freedom struggle with an iron hand, under the pretext that Kashmiri Taliban were active with the backing of Afghan Taliban and TTP in IHK and if New Delhi succeeded in this conspiracy, the US and its allies would lose faith in Pakistan. This would marginalize Pakistan and remove pressure on India to sit on the negotiating table and resolve the decade old dispute with Pakistan in line with the aspirations of the Kashmiri people for peace and stability in the region. Indian Intelligence officials believe that with the launching of this new outfit, Pakistan will be forced to act against suspected Kashmiris and particularly Lashkar-e-Tayyaba group and lead to arrest of the Kashmiris wanted in India. On the other hand, Indian agents in Pakistan also plan to wipe out some of the known targets and would plant stories in Pakistani and international media that ISI is behind the attacks. Few such disguised attacks or assassinations might convince the Kashmiri militants that Pakistan had finally turned against them.

I would like to emphasize that according to my information it is a well-conceived and dangerous move, with input from Israel and would be handled masterly with the help of Indian and Western media that miss no opportunity of Pakistan-bashing.

Pakistan would this be in a difficult position to defend the onslaught by Indian Government with the backing of powerful and aggressive media. Therefore I would warn the relevant authorities to consider it as a wake-up call and take appropriate measures to deflate the conspiracy by taking on board the United States and Western countries before it is translated into a reality. The young and vibrant Prime Minister of AJK Sardar Attique Ahmad Khan too would have to do some loud thinking because he would be one of the prime targets of the “Kashmiri Taliban.

India has a contaminated history of interfering into the internal affairs of all its neighbors. Driven by its hegemonic mindset to emerge as the unchallenged power of South Asia, India has all along striven to force South Asian states to accept Indian hegemony and never hesitated from resorting to economic strangulation or political blackmail or even naked force to achieve its nefarious designs.

Other than adopting coercive and Chanakyan tactics, its infamous RAW has been indulging in series of battles of intrigues and secret wars to subvert and destabilize South Asian states in consonance with foreign policy objectives of India.. Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Nepal, Bangladesh, Maldives, Sikkim, Bhutan, Tibet and Myanmar are its victims of machinations. After identifying vulnerabilities of target country it subtly accentuates political polarization, ethnic and sectarian strife and sense of deprivation among backward provinces. With the help of cultivated criminal and anti-state elements it foments subversion, terrorism and sabotage.

After creating Bangladesh in 1971, RAW continued with its covert operations in the newborn country by injecting dissension among political parties, religious sects and armed forces. It instigated Chakmas in Chittagong Hills against the regime, trained and equipped the rebels and supported their insurgency. It also created and trained Shanti Bahini to carryout subversive activities. RAW had a hand in assassination of Gen Ziaur Rehman in 1981, who was pro-Pakistan and unfavorably disposed towards secularism. Sikkim, Nepal and Bhutan being landlocked were coerced and made totally dependent on India through machinations of RAW.

RAW was instrumental in creating LTTE. India had not forgiven Colombo for allowing Pakistani aircraft and ships to use its ports for transporting war needs to the beleaguered Pak troops in East Pakistan. LTTE was a lifelong cancer given by India to Sri Lanka to keep the government compliant. Huge amounts were pumped in for stoking Tamil insurgency which simmered for almost three decades. Sri Lankan forces were fortunate to ultimately crush Tamil Tigers in August 2009 and restore normalcy in restive Jaffna Peninsula. In 1998, RAW orchestrated an attack on Maldives and then dispatched an expeditionary force to help the beleaguered President Gayoom. Idea was to project India as the policeman of the region. RAW has been abetting armed insurrections in Nepal to create internal strife and conflicts and compel Nepalese government to buy Indian weaponry to control trouble. Maoists were instigated to rebel so as to give India an excuse to intervene militarily under the garb of controlling insurrection. Nepal economy is wholly in the hands of Indian moneylenders and business magnates.

India has gone to war with Pakistan three times since Pakistan is its chief adversary and a stumbling block in the way of its expansionist designs. For the fulfilment of its evil plan of cutting Pakistan to size, RAW was created in 1968 and mandated to subvert the eastern province and to create conditions favourable for launching military instrument. It played a key role in poisoning the minds of Bengalis and in straining east-west relations and making East Pakistan chaotic. After cutting Pakistan into two, RAW continued with its subversive activities in other parts of Pakistan and has struck its foundations repeatedly. In league with KGB and KHAD, it lent support to Baloch insurgents in Balochistan in 1970s. Failing to achieve any success, RAW shifted its attention towards Sindh and by end of 1980s succeeded in creating deep-seated antagonism between rural and urban Sindhis and making the whole province volatile. It succeeded in enrolling an extensive network of agents and in inculcating ideas of separatism. Throughout Afghan war, RAW in conjunction with KGB, KHAD and Al-Zulfiqar, indulged in sabotage and subversion to destabilize Pakistan. Victory of Mujahideen in Afghanistan and demise of Soviet Union caused a major setback to Indian plans. Military operation in Sindh in 1992 followed by police action in Karachi in 1995-1996 checkmated ulterior Indian designs. To add to their woes, acquisition of nuclear capability by Pakistan minimized option of open war.

9/11 paved the way for RAW to conduct covert operations against Pakistan in league with CIA, MI-6, RAAM and Mossad. It is using Afghan soil for carrying out massive terrorist activities against Balochistan, FATA and Swat. Zahidan too is being used for destabilisation of Balochistan. From India, only Shahgarh-Kishangarh route is under use to supply arms to dissidents in rural Balochistan. Short but focused operation in Balochistan took the heat out of Baloch insurgency. Full-fledged military operation in Bajaur and in Swat in July-August 2008 and again in Malakand Division in April 2009 defeated RAW sponsored militants posing as Taliban. Operation Rah-e-Rast has taken the wind out of sails of Indian plans and it is still licking its wounds.

After collecting concrete evidence of RAW’s involvement in all restive areas of Pakistan, PM Gilani handed over the dozier to Manmohan Singh at Sharm el Sheikh. Latter rather than feeling ashamed had the audacity to stick to Indian standpoint of bringing culprits of Mumbai attacks to book and dismantling terrorist network in Pakistan. It is over 10 months and Indians are still shedding copious tears over the incidence in which lone witness Kasab captured under dubious circumstances authenticates Indian woven story. As against the dozier provided by Pakistan, information fed by India is full of loopholes. It has nastily made resumption of composite dialogue conditional to acceptance of its illegal demands.

RAW is also responsible for indulging in disinformation campaign and launching bogus websites. It is also confusing ground situation in Kashmir so as to keep world’s attention away from gross human rights violations in Indian-occupied Kashmir. RAW is unable to digest that 20 years junior ISI has overtaken it in terms of efficiency and output. Feeling outclassed and outwitted, ISI has become prime target of RAW’s intrigues. The ISI is considered to be an impediment in RAW’s operations and has been made a target of intense villification campaign. The tirade against ISI continues unabated since it thwarts RAW’s thrusts. Purpose is to keep ISI on the defensive by alleging that it has had a hand in supporting Kashmiri mujahideen, Lashkar-e-Taiba and Taliban. RAW’s fixation on ISI has taken the shape of ISI-phobia, as in India everyone traces the origin of all happenings and shortcomings to the ISI. Whenever and wherever there is a kidnapping, a bank robbery, a financial scandal, a bomb blast, or what have you, the ISI is deemed to have had a hand in it.

While hypocritically accusing Pakistan of terrorism, RAW has been indulging in terrorism in Pakistan since 1968 at a massive scale. Dozens of RAW agents killed and arrested in Swat, FATA and Punjab in recent months and seizure of Indian origin explosives, ammunition and Indian currency testify foolproof involvement of India in covert operations. Even USA has now hesitatingly advised India to trim Indian consulates in Jalalabad, Mazar-e-Sharif and Kandahar notorious for RAW’s clandestine activities against Pakistan.

Taking into account rules framed for terrorism, RAW stands qualified to be declared a rogue and a terrorist outfit playing havoc in entire South Asia against all its neighbors. It is a treacherous organisation which excels in falsehood and in art of manufacturing concocted dramas to blackmail neighbors, prepare excuses to wage a war or to apply economic sanctions against landlocked countries. Its hands are soaked in blood of thousands of innocent victims. It is solely responsible for keeping South Asia backward which in turn has given rise to extremism in the region. Aggrieved South Asian states should collectively take up a case with UN and asked to deliver justice. If it can pass resolutions against Islamic fundamentalist groups, it should do so in case of non-Muslim rogue outfit as well without discrimination.. RAW must be fully exposed as a rogue and terrorist outfit.

India harbors a delusion that one day Kashmir dispute would stand eroded beyond recognition. There are no indicators that it would happen that way. History tells us that the disputes cannot be shied away; ultimately they have to be resolved. Over the recent months, Kashmir conflict has indeed become an eye catcher for a number of individuals, states and international institutions. Current unease in IHK, which has claimed more than 100 lives, is very different from the previous uprisings. It is largely a home grown non-violent political movement being propelled exclusively by local Kashmiri youth. Youngsters have put Kashmir’s resistance on the internet. A decade ago Indian troops could cordon off Kashmir, yet stay unnoticed; now their atrocities are being observed online 24/7. As international pressure is incrementally mounting on India, her frustration is snowballing. There are no signs of the situation in Kashmir returning to normal. There are ominous indicators that IHK State government is resorting to strong-arm strategy to suppress a genuine political movement of the estranged masses to smother the voice of political dissent. Policy pursued by the Indian state for over two decades from early 1990s onward may soon be back in full swing. This would invariably add an element of militancy to the movement. During the 2009 session of UN General Assembly, President Qaddafi highlighted the disputed nature of Kashmir, though from his own perspective; Libya has since then been sponsoring follow-up actions in support of its Kashmir theme.

First of all the same people who are demanding the report of HRW, was calling them and international community to interfere in Baluchistan but when the report is being presented they have denied it Transformed teachers to spies?  Education Personnel Killed January 2008 to October 2010 

A survey of press accounts conducted by Human Rights Watch combined with our own field investigations indicate that at least 22 educational personnel were killed from January 2008 to October 2010. This survey included any education personnel killed even when it was unclear from the reporting who the perpetrator was, or what the motive was behind selection of the target. Whatever the ultimate motive for the killing, such attacks on teachers have a major impact on educators in the province, and thus on providing quality education to the province’s children and youth. The security situation in Balochistan severely impaired Human Rights Watch’s ability to individually investigate each attack. However, when we were able to identify and interview family members, close acquaintances, or eyewitnesses in these cases, their accounts were consistent with the press reporting. To accommodate security concerns of interviewees, we

are not able to indicate all cases that we verified with interviews. The same security-related factors that limited Human Rights Watch’s research may have also affected the ability of journalists to fully document the killings. As a result, the following list of teachers who have been killed is unlikely to be complete, especially in harder-to-reach cases

outside urban areas. The cases below appear in reverse chronological order.

Abdul Jalil

On May 25, 2010, Abdul Jalil, a retired teacher, was shot by unidentified armed men riding on a motorcycle after he collected his pension from a bank in Mastung. An eight-year-old boy, believed to be a bystander, was also hit and died

On April 27, 2010, two masked men on a motorcycle gunned down Nazima Talib, an assistant professor at Balochistan University, when she was travelling from the university by auto rickshaw (motorcycle taxi) on Sariab road in Quetta. The university closed for a three day mourning period Media reported the Balochistan Liberation Army (BLA) claimed responsibility for the attack, saying it was retaliation for the killing of two Baloch women in Quetta and Pasni, and the torture of female political workers in Mand and Tump,

 Fazal Bari

On March 22, 2010, Fazal Bari, principal of Tameer-e-Nau High school in Quetta, was traveling to school when gunmen on a motorcycle fired on his car, killing him and wounding his driver. The BLA claimed responsibility for the killing Bari’s body was taken to the Civil Hospital in Quetta. Many students from his school congregated outside the hospital and began protesting their teacher’s death and the government’s failure to stop it. Police used tear gas to disperse the students and charged at them with batons. Media reported that the police detained three students.The school’s administration closed the school for several days to protest and mourn his death, amidst demands from administration and staff that the government guarantee their security. Shafiq Ahmed

On October 26, 2009, armed men on motorcycles shot and killed Balochistan’s Education Minister, Shafiq Ahmed, a Quetta native, while he was outside his home. A relative was also injured in the attack. The BLUF claimed responsibility. Educational institutions in the province were closed for three days of mourning following the attack. 

--> The main reason behind his killing was that he knows the target killers and he was going to tell the public about them, In his killing provisional government who is supporting covertly to these Black Souls of Balochistan is involved.

Safdar Kayani

On April 22, 2008, Safdar Kayani, pro-vice Chancellor (provost) at the University of Balochistan, was killed when two gunmen on a motorbike opened fire as he came out of his home in Green Town on Sariab Road in Quetta for a routine evening walk. The BLA claimed responsibility. BLA spokesman Beebargh Baloch said that Kayani was targeted because he worked for the intelligence agencies and that it had warned Kayani against involvement in

student activities. Kayani had been at Balochistan University since 1979.

Above facts are just few from the report by HRW, now the bodies are being found in Baluchistan and the Black Souls (Sarmachar’s) are propagating for innocence, state terrorism etc. in their blog and replies for this HRW report that they killed those teachers as considering them spies for Baloch Nation, OK if you say it is ok to kill spies but when in retaliation state is washing out your target killers who are mostly drunk people as usual you are claiming them innocent people and making them symbol of Fascism? Propagating for state terrorism ? isn’t it hypocrisy or you don’t know how to fight a war? I’m saying war because they consider themselves in so called war which is usually fought between nations and countries not like such a low level racism based insurgency who is purely run by their master india the devil.

Similarly a lot has been written on an innocent woman being tortured and kept as a sex slave in the torture cells of Pakistan Army. A fairy tale legend “Zarina Marri” emerging out of the propaganda campaign being sponsored by RAW and few Pakistani brethren who are mistaken that they are somehow serving the cause of Balochi people.

• The tale of Mr Munir Mengal’s arrest and torture by Military Intelligence/ Army had been reported by media during his detention in 2006/07/08. However, re-emergence of said issue after a lapse of 10 months of his release from prison, at the time when Pakistan is already a target of Indian propaganda campaign (on acct of 26/11), is astonishing/ intriguing. Mr Munir Mengal has added spice to his tale alleging that a Baloch woman was offered as sex slave for reasons best known to him. The concocted story has attracted the attention of international media and human rights activists as expected. The whole affair appears to be a malicious campaign to malign the image of Pakistan and its Army/ intelligence agencies in particular.

• Allegation of using Zarina Marri as sex slave was first published by RSF web site on 11 Dec 2008. Same news was published on AHRC website on 12 Jan 2009. Subsequently various newspapers published the news each time with additional allegations without mentioning any source or credible evidence.

• Mr. Munir Mengal at present is apparently in France from where he is uploading articles on a free Web News Portal “NowPublic.com”. According to the website details, he is member of the said portal since Dec 2008 and has posted 4 venomous articles only after 3 Jan 2009 on various issues aimed at maligning Pakistan and Pakistan Army.

• Dr Shazia’s case which sparked the insurgency and counter military operation, occurred on 5/6 Jan 2006. Arrest of a school teacher by Law Enforcement Agencies prior to militancy and Operations by Law Enforcement Agencies is least likely.

DICHOTOMIES / QUESTIONS ARISING FROM THE STORY

• The sole source of information is Munir Mengal. No correspondent/ agency have bothered to counter check the details from other sources. The name of RSF’s reporter who claimed to have conducted an interview has not been revealed.

• The record of visitors of Khuzdar Jail does not have any entry to the effect that any ICRC representative met Mr Munir Mengal. Though a team of ICRC was granted permission to visit Khuzdar/ Mach and Loralai Jails from 30 Jul to 11 Aug 07, no record exist about the said visit to Khuzdar Jail. However, the record of Mach Jail contains entry of Mr Andrew’s visit which is irrelevant.

• According to the RSF report she is referred as a 23 years old school teacher from Kohlu, arrested by Law Enforcement Agencies in late 2005 and shifted to Karachi for use as sex slave by some Military Intelligence setup. Whereas as employees record of EDO Education Kohlu, no woman namely Zarina Marri ever existed in the area as school teacher.

• According to local Marri tribesmen in Kohlu, using name of a Marri woman is part of propaganda to humiliate Marri Clan. Some Marris’ are of the opinion the issue has been raised as a conspiracy to create unrest and insurgency in relatively calm and peaceful Marri areas and derail reconciliation process with Khair Buksh Marri.

• If at all she was arrested by FC or some intelligence agency, why she was shifted to Karachi for alleged use as sex slave? It is not only illogical but absurd as well.

• Mr. Munir Mengal has also made contradictory statements regarding his encounter with Zarina Marri:-

o He initially claims that the girl was thrown naked in the cell.

o Later (after few sentences) he states that when the Subedar returned and found them sitting apart, he torn their clothes.

• Marri Itehad has not conceded to Zarina Marri’s conspiracy and has announced that it is trying to find out the credentials of the said woman and her parents.

• On 4th Aug 07, he was handed over to Khuzdar Police. Very next day, representatives of ICRC visited Khuzdar Jail and investigated the torture inflicted on Munir Mengal which is a surprising coincidence. ICRC representative Andrew Bartles-Smith’s credentials are also doubtful. He is a UK national settled in Nepal.

• He was detained in Khuzdar Jail for just eleven days. During this short time, he claims to have been visited several times by human rights activists while nobody met him in Quetta jail for almost six months.

• The initial news regarding detention and ill treatment of Mr. Munir Mengal was broken by RSF on 11 Dec 2008. The Daily Times broke the news in Pakistan with its edition edited on 11 Dec and published on 12 Dec i.e. with in few hours.

• The exaggerated version of said report was re-published by AHRC with a gap of 32 days on the AHRC website on 12 Jan 2009 without indicating any source for additional details. This dichotomy was also pointed out by Asma Jehangir ‘Chair Person HRCP’.

• Mr. Munir Mengal never had any article to his credit till 3 Jan 2009; to accredit him as a journalists’ status. However; since that date he has written 4 articles within two weeks, which may not be easy to digest and points to sponsorship. More so the spectrum and range of issues discussed in the articles is also pro Indian.

• The inclusion of following subsidiary themes in four articles attributed to Munir Mengal on the website “nowpublic.com” appearing after 3 Jan have strange similarity with Indian propaganda campaign against Pakistan. These propaganda themes are, ‘Islamic fundamentalism/ extremism’, Pak support for Taliban/ Al-Qaida, ‘Pak nuclear bomb threat to Christian and Jewish world’ and Anti Hindu sentiment.

• These coincidences suggest possible Indian involvement in propagating this issue —-

o The emergence of this scandal with in two weeks of Mumbai blast amidst threats from Indian leaders.

o Daily times which broke the news simultaneously along with RSF is well known for Indian sponsorship.

o AHRC which has taken up the issue has dubious credentials (leaning) and same has been alleged by HRCP’s Asma Jehangir.

o The similarity of views of Munir Mengal and Indian Propaganda Campaign.

• The activities of Mr. Andrew Bartles-Smith the much mentioned ICRC representative who allegedly visited Munir Mengal several times have neither been confirmed/ refuted by ICRC. Also, ICRC news and reports on the web do not have any mention of the said visits or disclosures.

• The credentials of RSF are also questionable as the site has never raised allegations against Indians in such a blunt manner in case of mishandling/ detention/ missing journalists e.g. Rehmat Ullah Indian Occupied Kashmir (published Daily Rehmat) and Maqbool Sahil are such cases in pt.

• The credibility of AHRC reports on Pakistan is also doubtful as three out of its ten members of advisory board are Indians, while one of the directors is also Indian with few others having Indian origin/ Hindus. Amongst the Indians Mr. B. R. P. Bhasker: Reputed Journalist and a Trustee of Vigil India Movement, India is of dubious credentials and suspected to have initiated/ sponsored said story on AHRC forum.

• The picture of Zarina Marri, uploaded on http://www.Gwank.org/ is also fake. The picture very clearly bears the name “Arash Khan” which is duly marked on the picture. It is suspected that the picture has been retrieved from some other site and subsequently uploaded as Zarina Marri.

• Why the initial Missing list of Marri ladies at “Baloch Voice” website never bore Zarina Marri’s name. However, in the recently updated list of 872 missing Balochis, three ladies ref at serial 74, 75 and 76 bear Shah Gul as father whereas their family names are different i.e Alia Khan, Maria Shah, and Zarina Marri. Surprisingly other two sisters of Zarina Marri are missing since 10 Oct 2006, whereas Zarina Marri is missing since 10 Oct 2005 i.e a yr prior, exactly on the same date, which clearly speaks of fabrications and falsehood of the concocted tale.

New Chapter in Baluchistan Game -- Abducted Balochs and dead Bodies found in Baluchistan.

Considering the fact that there are lots of missing balochs and we have seen in newspaper and other media, bodies are being surfaced in different areas of Baluchistan, mostly have recived bullets from behind and message on their back. Terrifying events take place in our country. Unless we are in some way directly affected, we tend to ignore them. The secret world of death and torture lies deep below the gaze of most of us. The of the discovery of 21 bodies since July this year, all apparently belonging to nationalists, in various cities in Balochistan is chilling. They had all died in identical fashion: a bullet piercing their skulls, hands tied behind the back and torture marks on the bodies. The style of execution brings back memories of other similar, and equally sinister, deaths. That of journalist Hayatullah Khan, whose body was found in the North Waziristan town of Mir Ali in 2006, was one such victim. The agency theory holds common among many Baloch.We may never know the whole truth. But perception is in some ways more important than reality. The belief that state agencies are responsible will only aggravate the deep anger that runs through Balochistan and is directed against the federation. The government needs to take urgent note of the situation. While its Balochistan package specifically speaks of discovering the whereabouts of missing people in the province, today more continue to vanish within it. 

“The foreign element, especially the element there in Afghanistan,

“In order to stop target killings there must be target killing of those who are killing innocent people,” the CCPO said, adding they would send bodies to those who were sending bodies of security personnel and civilians.” Remember these words by Shabbir Sheikh on May 6, 2010. When he made that statement followed by the IG of FC : India and Afghanistan are supporting an insurgency in Balochistan, trying to bolster the leadership of separatists fighting the government, chief of the Frontier Corps (FC) paramilitary force in Balochistan said, 14 Bharati "Consulates" are RAW terror centers spreading sabotage across the border in Pakistan. ‘Increasing Indian influence in Afghanistan is likely to exacerbate regional tensions and encourage Pakistani countermeasures in Afghanistan or India.’ (Gen Stanley McChrystal). “A lot of evidence of Indian involvement through Afghanistan is there, supporting the separatist movement,” Major General Salim Nawaz, inspector general of the FC in Balochistan, said. General Nawaz said the separatists were not very strong as they did not have enough foot soldiers or a proper command-and-control structure.

it was said that in Balochistan the people either feared the FC (Frontier Corps) or Allah !! Jokes aside this meant that the FC being a force governed by law of jungle fired without restraint , killed without remorse and operated above all laws. It was common that the FC killed civilians and buried them unreported, as many other government functionaries do in Baluchistan! FC is divided into two types of corps i.e Internal Security (IS) and Anti-Smuggling. Although initially a border force in Baluchistan , FC Corps were raised in all parts of Baluchistan’s interior and borders after 1947 and by 1985 nearly district of Baluchistan had an FC Corps ! The FC was nearly 90 % if not 95 % Pashtun although Punjabi recruitment has been reportedly increased lately! It was traditionally more active in border areas while its IS corps were not employed in active policing!

“Personals from FC had reportedly complained that they have caught lots of terrorists and target killers but they are being released either by the phone calls of Black sheep sitting in provisional and federal governments or by the slow and corrupt process of current judicial system. “

After each killing of innocent civilians or FC, soul less sarmachars of BLA and other fascist organizations in Baluchistan were chanting for the deaths of FC or even armless civilians on the bases of racisum. In such conditions FC adopted it’s traditional style of extra judicial encounter  to abduct and kill, the above statement of CCPO Shabir Shiekh became into reality. Although I do not support such measures to curb terrorism in Baluchistan because it is being projected in wrong sense. The propagandist of these Target Killing Movements over the internet or on ground now trying to project the bodies of these target killers (90%) as innocent people while the same people were the slogan chanters on the killings of Pakistanis either they were balochs or non-balochs, civilians or non-civilians. Many of these propagandist are not even balochs but being installed by our foreign elements or joined by the dead movement of Jeya Sindh or Sindhdesh. 

“If you proclaim that you are at war with Pakistan (just a propaganda by some fascists) than why you pledge now, when your terrorists are being killed as they were killing innocents?”

“A tit for Tat” reply by FC has sharply decreased the target killings in Baluchistan because most of these killers are being targeted and thrown into open areas of Baluchistan to spread fear. But it is not the proper solution because these culprits back by chankeya ideology feed by india are now threatening balochs. They are now projecting their vision towards the killing of Balochs now. So why will this benefit them? Because the killings of balochs even by them will be projected by them as killing by Pakistan Army or FC. So they will get double points by projecting that every baloch is being prosecuted in Baluchistan by FC as even they have killed them. The John Solenkey case and killing of those 3 Balochs were just a test drive to play such card on broader level.

See this interview of Banok Baloch. She can give interview to Indians but not to any Muslim country’s media. So you have to understand from where they are adopting ideology and support. No Muslims can go to such country who slaughter Muslims on daily bases such as India or Israel. But to shadow the Kashmir cause and stop the development of Pakistan through Baluchistan and blocking the China to reach Indian Ocean via Gwadar. India is fully working against Pakistan in Baluchistan by supporting such elements.

And many other pre written statements by this atheist nationalist to propagate herself as Fatima Jinnah :P but with what? Arms, Socialist, Nationalist Ideologies backed by racism and neglecting the ground facts? And most of all pay comes from India !!

Now coming back to the Provisional Government of Baluchistan (Black Sheep of Pakistan) Since clinching the top executive slot of the province in April 2008, this is the first-ever public statement of Raisani wherein he has openly expressed his grudge against a subsidiary of omnipotent Pakistan Army. The chief minister has categorically stated that the provincial government is unable to rein in the powerful paramilitary force which he added has led to exacerbation of already complicated situation in the province. Alluding to the Frontier Corps, he blamed the force for sabotaging the reconciliation process in Baluchistan and urged the federal government to discourage all such forces in Baluchistan which are bent on disrupting peace in the province. He said the federal government had made a commitment to put the Frontier Corps under the provincial government’s command in its latest package announced for Baluchistan, but lamented that no progress has so far been made in this regard. He denounced the Centre for what he called its apathetic attitude towards the aggravating situation in Baluchistan and warned Islamabad not to call him to account if the situation goes out of control in the province.

Rewind your memories about MQM(Mutahida) and MQM(Haqiqi) Division and their ruthless encounters in Karachi in 90s so it is being repeated in Baluchistan as well in 2010 onwards. 

A new group identifying itself Baloch Musallah Defai Tanzeem (Baloch Armed Defence Organization) claimed the responsibility for firing on BSO (Azad) rally in Khuzdar. A man, Mazan Baloch, who called himself as spokesman for the organization made a telephone call to Khuzdar press club warning all the Baloch students and political parties to give a wide berth to BSO (Azad) and not to participate in its rallies and other programs. He also threatened to take ten lives in reaction if the militant group Baloch Liberation Army kills a single Baloch. Expressing his reaction to this claim from an unknown location via satellite phone, a spokesman for Baloch Liberation Movement, another militant outfit, Zorin Baloch affirmed that this new organization has been formed under the aegis of Frontier Corps and intelligence agencies to combat the Baloch armed struggle for their rights. He claimed those involved in firing on the rally have been identified and threatened that they would soon face a fate worse than death.

Fascism has openly conveyed this message to all Balochs in Balochistan to join them or they will even try to prosecute them as well, this is the same technique which being adopted by them from another terrorist fiction operating in NWFP ie Tehrike e Taliban Pakistan (TTP). They did the same forcefully joining request to all people in NWFP such as Swat or wazaristan to join or you will be dead. The same masters of both TTP and BLA that is RAW is applying the same technique in Baluchistan now. 

While BLA guns down Baloch Journalist in Khuzdar in past week. A former president of Khuzdar Press Club and a senior journalist belonging to a news agency was gunned down by unidentified persons on Sunday afternoon in Khuzdar district. Some unknown attackers opened indiscriminate fire on Mohammad Khan Sasoli, a former president of Khuzdar Press Club and a correspondent of Independent News of Pakistan (INP) and Daily Aaj Kal, near Faisal Hotel in Khuzdar District on Sunday afternoon when he was driving along with his family. He died on the spot when his rammed into a shop as he failed to control it due to bullet injuries. Two persons were injured in the incident. Chief Minister Balochistan Nawab Mohammad Aslam Raisani has condemned the target killing of Faiz Mohammad Sasoli and ordered the health department in Khuzdar district to provide necessary medical treatment to the injured people of the incident. No group has accepted responsibility for the murder even though it appeared to be a case of target killing. Previously, another journalist working with Daily Azadi, Haji Wasi Ahmed, had also been killed in Khuzdar. Faiz is the third journalist from Pakistan’s restive southwestern Balochistan province to be killed during the ongoing armed conflict. Dr. Chishti Mujahid, a journalist working with Weekly Akhbar-e-Jahan, had also been killed in Quetta two years ago for which the Baloch Liberation Army (BLA) had accepted responsibility. According to locals Faiz had been receiving threats from certain quarters in the past and he had been targeted twice but he had survived the attacks . A text message issued by “Freelance News”, a network that caters to SMS news of Baloch nationalist groups, termed Faiz Sasoli as a ring leader of Baloch Defense Armed Group (BDAG), which has been operating against Baloch Students Organisation (BSO-Azad) and Balochistan National Party-Mengal. “

Chief minister Raisani’s reproaching of the Frontier Corps has taken aback not only the military and paramilitary top brass, but also the Baloch nationalist parties and seasoned observers and analysts. It is because the chief minister himself had requisitioned the paramilitary troops to assist the civil administration in maintaining peace in many districts of the province including Quetta, Khuzdar, Gwadar, Lasbella, Kalat, Bolan, Hurnai, Loralai and Killa Abdullah and now he himself is blaming the same force for running a parallel government in the province. A latest requisition in this regard was submitted to the Inspector General of the Frontier Corps only two days after the chief minister’s statement in which the force’s assistance had been sought for restoring peace in Jaffarabad district where an armed clash between the supporters of Mir Aali Bugti and Shahzain Bugt – the two grandsons of late Nawab Mohammad Akbar Khan Bugti – was going on for the last few days over the possession of some land which has rendered several people killed and many others injured. The request was honoured on Thursday, January 22, and FC troops were immediately deployed in the affected area which brought about an end to the week-long gun battle. In return for its peace keeping services, the present provincial administration has so far paid a sum of Rs189 millions to the Frontier Corps while another hundreds of millions are yet to be paid to them.

Now, if the chief minister really considers the Frontier Corps a thorn in his flesh then why is he calling in the same force to different parts of the province in the name of maintaining peace and thereby paying it a huge amount in return for its services by narrowing down uplift schemes meant for welfare of the impoverished people? What are the reasons barring him from recalling the Frontier Corps troops to their barracks once peace is maintained in the disturbed areas? Amazingly, instead of wielding his prerogative power to call back the paramilitary troops from various districts in Baluchistan, the chief minister is blaming the force for bypassing the provincial government and is showing his eagerness to have its command in his hands for which he has also been making demand from the Prime Minister for quite long time to make the Frontier Corps accountable to him instead of the federal government. If Raisani’s demand was met by the federal government what would be the guarantee that the force would not be used, like the police and levies, by the provincial government to crush its political opponents? Moreover, once, such practice starts in Baluchistan then it would, indeed, spill over into other provinces as well and the same demand would also be made by other provincial governments to put their respective paramilitary forces under their command which, thereby, would destroy the entire paramilitary structure in the country which Pakistan can not afford at least at this critical juncture of history when it is confronting sore threats from its eastern and western borders.

The entire nation is evident as to what is happening with police force in Pakistan. Is not it being used by the sitting incumbents against their political rivals? Moreover, Pakistan’s history shows that Army has always been the most powerful force in the country which have never accepted the supremacy of civilian rulers and have always proved them superior by driving the sitting governments according to their own will and volition. Given this mindset of the military, it is almost impossible that Raisani’s dream to have Frontier Corps strings in his hands would ever be materialized. So, this demand of the Balochistan chief minister is entirely irrational and injudicious.

Even Osama Bin Laden has family but having a family does not state that one of their family member is not a Terrorist because he has a family. Many youngsters in Baloch families specially attached to nationalism (based upon socialism/atheism/racism) are being brought up under the umbrella of hate towards Pakistan. So the young balochs of ages (15-25) who have less maturity just started bluntly following these fascist agendas similarly like TTP who brainwashed or forced many youngsters to become suicide bombers. Although technique and grounds are different for both BLA and TTP but they have common masters and there school of thought. So don’t just go for some pics and videos posted by these elements always think around the circle. “Baluchistan is not Kashmir”. Many balochs living happily in Pakistan and we should come in front of these hijackers of our nation “Baloch” and integrate us into the current system. We should think to change the current corrupt system instead of burning our own home.
