After reading the article “The Ally from Hell” published on The Atlantic by Jeffrey Goldberg and Marc Ambinder I’m making a reply as “Ally from Hell” to “Devil from Heaven” where Ally is Pakistan as stated by the authors and Devil is USA as stated by me (Sabrina Baloch).

Let me start with the introduction paragraph from the Article “Pakistan lies. It hosted Osama bin Laden (knowingly or not). Its government is barely functional. It hates the democracy next door. It is home to both radical jihadists and a large and growing nuclear arsenal (which it fears the U.S. will seize). Its intelligence service sponsors terrorists who attack American troops. With a friend like this, who needs enemies?

The article “The Ally from Hell” is like a new episode in war & fear propaganda used by US Administration and controlled media and authors in USA.

But question arises here that Did Osama Bin Laden was in Pakistan or Not? As we have only these pictures are evidences as the news on world labor holiday that on 1^st May 2011 that Osama Bin Laden is DEAD! In Pakistan! announced by President Obama & Pentagon. The sources that Osama bin Laden is dead or not? It’s the President of United States of America that is Barak Obama. So the question is “do you trust the president or don’t you trust the president? “As you go through my this letter  you will know why I asked this Question here in start.

This picture is the 1^st evidence of death of Osama bin laden and where is Osama in that picture? Yes we have Obama Administration watching something it may be anything. 

This is 2^nd picture as evidence which is the house where he did live in Pakistan? And where is Osama in that picture?

In this 3^rd News Exclusive picture where somebody lost the blood but where is that somebody? Was it Osama bin Laden or someone else? If you can take this picture so u can take his picture too. And if you can publish Saddam Hussein’s pictures or videos and even now Mau mar Qaddafi’s pictures and videos then why not of Osama Bin Laden’s picture?

Just think about quality of information we buy as exclusive news? Shouldn’t we chance our newspapers or news channels who is more trust worthy?

And then the story goes that Osama was brought to air craft carrier USS Carl Wilson and then they sank him in Indian ocean so question arises why not brought to the New York City as mummy in Museum or what about his post mortem or report of post mortem ? so if anybody wants to know is he dead or not he has to search in Indian ocean ? Funny isn't it?

So who told the president that Bin Laden was there or not and its CIA director Leon Panetta and Admiral William McRavean 

And it is difficult to trust CIA and Special Services who couldn’t even justify the invasion of Iraq and 9/11 realities as discussed above with facts.

So who can else who can confirm the death of Osama bin Laden and yes it is Khalid Sheikh Muhammad who was arrested in march 2003 in Rawalpindi Pakistan and then he was brought to Guatnamo Prision and he said he was being tortured in Guatnamo Bay and in 2007 Khalid Sheikh Muhammad says he was responsible for 9/11 But question comes that you can make anyone say anything in your custody and torturing him/her.  But Khalid Sheikh Muhammad never being brought for an open public trial in new york? Why?

As Jeffery Goldberg tries to build a story against Pakistan or it’s Nuclear arsenal in context of 9/11 and Osama Bin Laden over here I would 1^st emphasize on the reality of 9/11 and will try to analyze it’s reality in context of Afghan and Iraq wars where some allegations were built then authenticated to wage a war against those countries and then found they were “Lies”

• What happened on 9/11 in Reality?  I would say they are surprise stories as we analyses it on current geopolitical scenarios and current foreign relation events on today’s date.
• Was Osama Bin Laden responsible for 9/11 attacks and G.W. Bush and his administration was surprised by the attacks?
•  Was Osama Bin Laden who was claimed responsible for 9/11 BUT!! G.W.Bush and his administrations knowingly allow it to happen?  There was not a reality of Osama Bin Laden or his tapes and responsibilities and criminal elements in Defense Department of USA and Bush Administration did it on purpose which is called inside job on the population.

War in Afghanistan started on 7^th of October 2011, If you want to  debate currently on war in Afghanistan you can only do it in the context of  9/11 and the war was waged on Afghanistan by this official narrative that Osama attacked the USA who was protected by Taliban in Afghanistan therefor wage the war against Afghanistan. or if I rewrite this scenario that if a nuclear attack is being made on USA then USA can claim to attack Pakistan in same scenario ?

Hamid Karazai and parts of Aghan government are part of the Doctrine for this scheme in Afghanistan and WHY!!... Because Afghanistan can produce huge stocks of Drugs!! and those warlords who produce these drugs support only those governments who protects them.

In Taliban era there was no poppy cultivation or trade in Afghanistan as they almost finished it from the root but right after the war on Afghanistan USA or Afghan government purposely allowed it to grow again? 

Then we have Iraq War on March 20, 2003. Right after 9/11 there were few people who tried to link 9/11 with Iraq but that was wrong from the beginning but later in 2003 those propagation were on high that Al-Qaida is operative in Iraq so Saddam hussain was removed in Iraq and Noor Ul Maliki was installed Prime Minister in Iraq. Evidences shows that troops who are Iraq were in context of 9/11. Look at the following helmet of US soldier where you see the designs of Pentagon and twin towers.

2006 survey made in Iraq among US soldiers and found that 85% of US Soldiers says they are in Iraq to fight war against Saddam Hussain who had a roll in 9/11 which was totally wrong !! as Saddam hussain had no roll in 9/11 but was just war propaganda to twist your mind in such extend that you go to war and either you are killed or you kill anyone the same theology is applied by Jeffery Goldberg by quoting President Obama’s speech which was indirectly towards Pakistan i.e

“The single biggest threat to U.S. security, both short-term, medium-term, and long-term, would be the possibility of a terrorist organization obtaining a nuclear weapon,” President Obama said last year at an international nuclear-security meeting in Washington. Al-Qaeda, Obama said, is “trying to secure a nuclear weapon—a weapon of mass destruction that they have no compunction at using.”

So can you judge the style of propaganda build to wage wars or make excuses to make others criminals? 

When Bush Administration lied about Iraq that Iraq possesses Weapon of Mass Destruction so people think and have right to ask that did they lied about 9/11 as well? As both are interlinked.  It is all about Trust do we trust the US Government or US President?

This can be compare to current administration's claims about Pakistan's nuclear program or about Iran's nuclear program. 

Collen Powel 2005 offered excuse about his or in reality Government’s position.

“in 2005 powell explained he felt terrible and apologized for having falsely presented an iraq’s weapons program that turned out not to exist. I’m the one who presented it on behalf of United States to the world it would always be a part of my record that is painful” 

He was very few of them who offered excuses but even President Bush said before Iraq War to make people scare as many people do not want to go war even if there are bad people some 4000 Miles away but people will not go but if you say that they are linked with 9/11 so people would remember that event and the politics of fear will work so government can build an opinion in minds of people for war as people would say ok we will go for war for this reason but it would be last one and there will never be a LAST WAR in context of 9/11. 

 

We have colleen Powell who lied in UN, We have Dick Chenny who wrote public articles that one should use torture, Bush himself who lied about weapons of Mass destruction in Iraq and never offered an apology, condaliza rice as she said there are links between al-Qaida and Iraq which is non-sense as there were no links at all. George Tenant and Donald Remsfeld. This picture is the Mafia of USA before Obama administration who waged two wars on the bases of Lies? Do we trust them?

 More then 225,000 People are killed after 9/11 and 3 Trillion $$ are spent in all these wars.

These soldiers form USA didn’t even thought that why they are in Afghanistan? Was it a lie or reality ?

Nato Invocated article 5 after 9/11 1^st time in their history. Nato was constructed during the cold war as an alliance on the bases of principal that if one member is attacked every member will be considered attacked. But Nato never invoked that article 5 during cold war as USSR never attacked any NATO Member during that era but when 9/11 happened USA said they were attacked and attacked came from Afghanistan which is important point to invoke such article so that made all nato member countries made at war with Afghanistan.

Trustworthiness, when we look for the people who give statements we look for their status and level of trusts on the bases of sources but here the George W Bush reduced his trustworthiness about going to War in Iraq on the bases of lies.

I again ask the question do we trust The President of United States of America or the people who give him information based on lies then he wage wars on other countries? and even pushes his own people and forces in fires of wars?

9/11 commission report was the official story but the important point is that commission was appointed by Bush so it was not independent investigation and it was not congress either and 2^nd point is that one member from that investigation commission resigned from the commission that he had no access to important evidences and documents that member was Max Cleveland who is also Vietnam veteran while other members offered the commission report and confirmed the Bush Administration claims on 9/11.

So the point again rises on the bases of above argument do we trust them?

Furthermore they didn’t even write that book it was written by Philip Zelikow Professor and he said what Bush Administration told the world but there are other people in the United States who says 9/11 commission report worth nothing like Prof. David Ray Saffin who is retired now due to pressure of his writings on 9/11 and it is truth now that if you speak truth about 9/11 you might lose your job or sometime even life.  

And Prof. David Ray Saffin says that 9/11 was not a surprise to the world it was Make it happen on purpose which was orchestrated by Bush Administration or government of USA to control the oil of world and establish the new war doctrine of pre-emptive warfare which was difficult sell before 9/11” and after his dismissal because of 9/11 he wrote ten books about it. So if anyone interested to investigate reality of 9/11 do read the bush administration version of 9/11 commission report but also the books of Prof. David Ray Saffin.

Note: Pre-Emptive warfare means that you bomb someone as just to pretend they will bomb you and even they didn’t which is a huge difference to go to war if someone really attacks you. You can say that Pre-Emptive warfare is a modern and molded word used for war of aggression but as to avoid criticize they use different arguments or lies such as weapon of mass destruction or possible threats of terror attacks and they attack any country on these bases

Prof Saffin says there is no change from Bush Administration to Obama Administration as White house never did a new investigation on 9/11 till today.  

In 9/11 event two planes stroked at twin towers and there is the first version of Bush’s Shock and Awe theory as they applied 1^st on their own people and you can see the fear and element of surprise in the eye of these people who were watching those towers. 

But we arise a question here that there was a tower WC7 along with Twin Tower complex in 7 seconds which was not hit by a plane on 9/11 but it went down along with twin towers and obviously people say what does the 9/11 commission report says about WC7 as it is a crucial question how does this building went down which was not being hit by the plane and the answer is “They didn’t even mention that building”. 

 

This is very serious issue so if 9/11 commission cannot count the number of buildings of that incident but nato invoked article 5 on the bases of 9/11 commission report and bush administration claims are proven by 9/11 commission report but they don’t have correct number of buildings on their report ?

So Did WTC7 was taken down by Control Demolition and if yes that keep in mind that Control demolition took weeks to prepare it and nobody said that Bin laden blew up the buildings through control demolition.

New York Times states that the collapse of WTC7 is outstanding mystery of 9/11 attacks and since before then, no modern , steel enforced high rise in United States ever collapsed in fire and that is the factorial truth in the World but Bush Administration claimed that this building went down because of fire. Wow.

You might say now that i'm building conspiratorial theory here but it is not all pics and material is based on real facts and figures directly obtained from the sources in New York or people who are debating about 9/11 reality to re investigate 9/11 event and to seek what really happened and why few realities are being hide by the Government of USA while they are still using same shock and awe tactics against there own people and other countries.  

Here we have report that from FEMA that the specifics of the fires in the WTC7 and how they caused building down remained unknown” But yes Bush administration knows it went down by fire but don’t know how But We have Department of Defense and CIA as tenants on floor 25 (Quoted from the same FEMA Report) so WTC7 Building was part of defense community.  So can we say or predict that floor 25^th of WTC7 was a control center for 9/11 Event? Where many firemen says there were secondary explosions in WTC7, the dust found from WTC7 has Nano termite which is advance explosive chemical and many physics experts says that WTC7 came down because of control demolition and these realities are not the official stories as they didn’t even mention WTC7 in 9/11 Commission report.

Now here BBC journalist Jane Stanely Says WTC7 Collapsed but the building was still standing in her behind so the question arises how does she knows that it collapse and yes it will collapse but she spoke before and even if she read the words on front screen then who said or told the news anchor that it will collapse? So it is a really bizarre scenario we are analyzing here. 

 

But when questioned were asked to BBC about third building they says we are investigating we got this news from Reuters so if the BBC have no reliable sources by themselves and they follow others so question again arises Can we Trust BBC, Reuters or any international media (Mostly Controlled) ?

This is crime right after 9/11 is the destruction of evidence and then no access to any record by Government of USA till to date for any independent investigation or even when FEMA team reached there after month later.  Scientific aspects were ignored by NIST and then in 9/11 commission report.

Pentagon which was hit by 3^rd plane pictured below is flat and it is not like sky scraper building it’s flat.So is it possible to drive a plane like Truck into pentagon ?

 

And in this picture we see explosions and fire but we do not see any part of plane here? Is it possible in any plane site crash? We have official from airport authorities who have 34 years’ experience in airplane crash investigation that no plane hit the pentagon so that is complicated that one experience investigator says that plane did not hit the pentagon but on other side we have President of USA who says it did but there is no pictorial or video evidence as well.

So did pentagon fired a missile to pentagon and said it was a plane and sent by Osama Bin Laden? That could be the possible scenario after analyzing above facts and below picture.

Now we have Vice President Dick Chenny who was in white house when a plane allegedly hit the Pentagon. And Former minister of transport Norman manitha who was in white house with Dick Chenny by few distance says". Yet we do not know who was the young man and what the orders actually but the problem is that this statement was made in front of 9/11 commission but it is not in 9/11 commission report? Why?

 A lot of money is being made just before and on 9/11 days as many significant more put options were made on the shares of United Airlines and on American Airlines only? But why not any other airline ? and there were not call options on those two airlines. 9/11 commission report says that trading has no links with 9/11 on page 49 in footnote. So who is going to find and read it?

Ok Osama bin Laden was fighting against soviets in Russian invasion of Afghanistan on the bases of Muslims vs non-Muslims and that was a fact too that how can a non-Muslim country invade a Muslim country so let’s unite and get rid of them (USSR) and yes USA supported Bin Laden and other groups on its own interest in 80’s which is also a fact and here we have to consider.

Osama bin Laden is from Saudia Arabia and Kaba is in Mecca Saudia Arabia so many people in west do not understand that when 1^st gulf war in 1991 took place non-Muslim soldiers came to Saudia Arabia that means they insulted Islam and that was the argument build by Osama Bin Laden to attack them which is equitable to his argument against USSR in 80s and for Christians (Catholics primarily) that can be like if Muslims occupy the Vatican city.

And there is Lot of Oil there as globally we need 44 supertankers of oil every day and USA did not distance from Saudia Arabia even those 19 alleged terrorists were from Saudia Arabia due to Oil and why didn’t USA bombed Saudi Arabia? Obviously you don’t have to be so brilliant to judge that all oil comes from Muslim counrties and USA has good contacts with all those oil production countries except Iran and Libya and currenty Iran is on their hit list while Libya is neutralized by them by another war.

   

In this picture Donald Rumsfiled is discussing the oil prices with Saudi ruling elite that when they will bomb Iraq Oil Prices will go up and that will be a problem for everyone specially West who are the biggest consumer of oil.

To explain above scenario that Dose governments plans to attack their own population specially in relation to 9/11 and yes we have and it’s also from USA and context is back in Cuba missile crises in early 60s to topple Fidel Castro in Cuba and USA wanted an excuse to start a war with Cuba and below pic is a pentagon original document about such plan.

“We can blow up a ship in Guantanamo bay and blame Cuba” so that is false flag terrorism by state.

“We could develop communist terrorist campaign in Miami bay area or even in Washington” that was his 2^nd suggestion which looks similar to Mumbai attacks in India. The idea is to produce terror campaign in your own country to hit another country by putting your deed blame on them.

These things can be done to make your people so angry that their opinions will become similar to your decision. Interesting isn’t it these plans were made but never executed due to John F Kennedy’s refusal to approve it and he said that General should leave USA and he was transferred to NATO. we all know he was killed and this could be one of the factor too.

Now read this quote from Jeffery Goldberg’s article:

The third is a takeover of nuclear weapons by a militant group during a period of instability or splintering of the state.” Pakistani leaders have argued forcefully that the country’s nuclear weapons are secure. In times of relative quiet between Pakistan and India (the country that would be the target of a Pakistani nuclear attack),”

So do we expect now that Graham Allison is speaking true or stating lie? Or making an argument to wage another war then make an excuse? OR Do we trust the US Administration or it’s controlled media or war waging propaganda machine or writters such as Jeffrey Goldberg and Marc Ambinder where they provided no credible evidence but did made a very good fiction story about Pakistan & ISI ? like they did for Afghanistan & Iraq Wars? 

BBC has more doubtful credibility now after Sam Collyn’s bluff on 26th October 2011 about Pakistan.

The Program Ran by Sam Collyns on 26^th October 2011 “Afghanistan: Pakistan accused of backing Taliban” was another fake propaganda generated by western media while BBC was always considered a neutral news provider have been infested by fake logics and themes.

Over here I will expose their propaganda point wise in replies to the quotes of Program with the inclusion of the snapshot.

a.       He does not look alike to Taliban as Taliban’s are mostly composed of Pashtun fiction who are very well against northern alliance uzbek, tajik n other fictions (See above snapshot)

2.       He says he was trained to be a suicide bomber in the Taliban's intensifying military campaign against the Western coalition forces - and preparations for his mission were overseen by an ISI officer in a camp in Pakistan.

a.       15days Training? A person cannot be considered well trained as salesman so how can you train a suicide bomber in 15Days? 2^nd making someone to do suicide bombing needs a brainwash psychological work which cannot be done as “quick hire & fast deploy strategy”.

3.       Mumbai Attacks

a.       It is well exposed that Mumbai Attacks were inside Job and media manipulation controlled by western interests whether of Pakistan or Foreign (SNAP SHOTS)

4.       Pakistan support to Taliban

a.       5 Army Brigades deployed in North Waziristan to control cross border activities that mean 25000, regular army is in that agency. Are they on picnic or to stop such activities?

b.      Then why Taliban’s are attacking Pakistan Army?

c.       Most importantly that no low ranking or middle ranking can even know what happens on high level and this simple principal applies in any organization.

5.       “At the beginning of the drone operations, we gave Pakistan an advance tip-off of where we were going, and every single time the target wasn’t there anymore.

a.       So what about Naik Mohd ? Why he was not saved by ISI, as this was the second drone attack on Pakistan and as per BBC program initially tip offs were given to ISI, moreover Naik Muhammad was on the verge of meeting a peace treaty for Pakistan.

6.      Bin Laden was killed how?

a.       Declaration on May Day?

b.      When Obama was caught on certificate issues (Snap Shots / Video Links)

7       ISI does not want peace in Afghanistan

a.       How can Pakistan with un employment rate, power crisis, democratic government In infancy, with hot eastern border can afford a proxy war against sole super power and 43 Nation’s Army composed of 285,000/- Active soldiers on Western Border? Isn’t it a logical point then the story telling of BBC?

b.      ISI and Pakistan Army met with uniform. Ridiculous ISI doesn’t have any uniform and how childish is that Pakistan Army comes openly in uniform to say we are supporting them with inclusion of ISI?

Conclusion:

Above facts dose prove that WEST (USA & NATO) is in so hurry to build a false case against Pakistan even with fake news and propaganda. I would request BBC people that kindly do your homework well before hitting my country again.

Today on 14^th of August 2011, Despite the current bad law and order situation, bad governance, foreign power interference, Sectarian and ethnic violence, My neighbor’s cultural invasion via media, Our own media’s bad promotional work about my country;

The most astonishing fact about the creation of Pakistan to me appears to be the sheer amount of sacrifices that people were willing to make just to get here. We all know the horror stories of partition but even with the massacres, people were willing to risk everything, life, limb, family and fortune, only for a chance to be part of the great experiment of Pakistan. In those immigrants there was a spirit, an energy, an enthusiasm so rare nowadays that I fear it might be extinct. A love for an unborn Pakistan that far outweighed any emotion that has been expressed by Pakistanis today.Pakistan by design was a sanctuary, an opportunity, a second chance for the dejected, the down trodden, the ostracised alike to govern themselves, to nurture an infant nation and an infant people, and craft from whatever resources they could, a new commonwealth, fair and equitable in all it’s dealings to all it’s citizens. A nation where no man with means would let his neighbour sleep hungry, or an injustice take place, a land where the humanitarian principles of Islam and secularism come together in perfect fusion, a realm not just for the Muslim but for all of the dejected minorities of India

The US desisted from applying direct strategy which she had chalked out in September 2001 against Pakistan through covert war and has succeeded in achieving most objectives it 

As against the advice of India. Due to Pakistan’s nuclear capability, US and its strategic partners therefore embarked upon a well-thought plan to gradually weaken Pakistan and its institutions politically, socially, economically and militarily to such an extent that it becomes powerless and either voluntarily hands over the keys of its nuclear arsenal in return for aid for its survival or else it becomes so paralytic that it is unable to respond when nuclear arsenal is physically struck. • The western border that had become safe from 1989 onward during the Mujaheddin rule followed by Taliban rule in Kabul has once again become unsafe and has assumed dangerous proportions due to presence of US-NATO forces in Afghanistan and their mounting aggressiveness.
• Peaceful and docile Baluchistan is up in arms and fascists Baloch nationalists are demanding independent Baluchistan. Non-locals even Pakistan lover balochs have migrated in huge number due to target killings.
• Indian influence in Afghanistan that had vanished during Taliban rule has returned to haunt Pakistan. The US is striving to make India a key country in the region after its departure from Afghanistan. Indian and Israeli presence in Afghanistan has posed a two-front threat to Pakistan’s security.
• Volatile forces are active in whole of FATA, several parts of NWFP, and Balochistan. Sindh is also restive and Karachi has become a killing field for target killers while southern Punjab is fast falling into the loop of Tehrik-e-Taliban Pakistan.
• CIA, FBI, MI-6, agents have made deep inroads in government departments, legal fraternity and media while RAW and Blackwater have established networks in all the troubled regions of Pakistan. RAW’s involvement in Gilgit and CIA’s penetration within armed forces are latest revelations.
• Under a planned strategy, India has been given a go-ahead to construct large number of dams on all the rivers flowing into Pakistan to create acute water scarcity in Pakistan and make it dependent upon India. Water strategy will be applied by India to solve Kashmir dispute on Indian terms.
• Kashmir is almost a lost cause and talks are at best confined to confidence building measures only. Arrest of Kashmiri leader Ghulam Nabi Fai in USA is aimed at breaking the unarmed resistance movement of Kashmiris seeking right of self determination.  
• A large part of Pakistan’s Army, paramilitary forces and police have got deeply embroiled in fighting its own people on own soil with little hope of extrication in near future.
• While precious military resources of Pak Army are being wasted out in futile war on terror, Indian military conventional and nuclear capabilities have been vastly upgraded to outclass Pakistan’s military capability and also weaken its nuclear deterrence value.
• Application of indirect strategy by our adversaries to weaken Pakistan from within has rendered our nuclear deterrence redundant.    
• Pakistan has been gifted with NRO cleansed leaders who are totally subservient to the wishes of Washington.

The leaders of Fascist and so called Azad Baluchistan, youth groups who are living in self-exile in London have been found to be holding secret meetings with the Indian diplomats in the British capital.The highly expensive flat, where these leaders belonging to an important Baloch tribe have been living since long, is a center of their clandestine activities. These leaders, who also have a very prized vehicle at their disposal in London, regularly visit US, Dubai and Oman. They get anti-Pakistan propaganda material printed in London and using different sources distribute it in various parts of Baluchistan. Their financial sources largely remain shrouded in mystery; however, it has been revealed that they get tickets for their frequent foreign visits from an Indian travel agent in London’s All South area who reportedly receives payments from the Indian High Commission.

Large number of Baloch also travel to Iran, mascot, Saudi Arabia, Afghanistan via Panjgur and Dalbandin frontier which may be an increasing trend of missing persons claimed by them.

Personal enmity among the Baloch tribesmen may be a reason of mutilated bodies, typically contenders are killed in revenge while mutilated bodies are thrown away in different localities, and it has become an uncomplicated stunt for Baloch groups’ exorcising themselves and putting charge on defense agencies. Lawyer and civil societies exaggerating chargers of this orthodoxy at the security agencies may impair the reputation of the state run agencies. This obstacle still continued between Raisani and Premier Yousaf Raza Gillani and may be demonstrating deceitful conduct with the federal government. Baloch militia is also a part of indian network which is gathering intelligence for Indian & Russians, Besides Afghan agents are still operating in Balochistan they have been funding local Pashtoons in Afghanistan to rush Quetta and work for them, so here is concoction of involvement and security threat. CIA’s gathering intelligence information is still a useless deed as presence of Quetta Shura makes no sense in Balochistan, physical arrest of Taliban is not a victory of Afghan war, the victory is how to impede brains behind Taliban which may be presumed a high command for Afghan Taliban, and their existence may be concern to leader of the global war heads.

Dirty game against Pakistan

It is nothing but powerful psychological operations against the institutions and leadership in Pakistan. The Abbottabad incident in which it has been claimed by the same CIA operatives who confirmed weapons of mass destruction in Iraq and Afghanistan that Osama Bin Laden has been killed in an operation. No one is going to believe them as even back in Washington there are serious doubts about the success story. Despite the fact that it is an attempt to materialize withdrawal of US and coalition forces from Afghanistan without much disgrace, things are not in the hand of those who are running the show.

 

It was a one point agenda “the Abbottabad incident in which Osama Bin Laden was killed by US forces”. There was detailed discussion about incident and its implications and on military to military relations with the United States. Although its shortcomings in developing intelligence on the presence of Osama Bin Laden in Pakistan was admitted but the achievements of Inter Services Intelligence (ISI) were also highlighted which spoke the other side of the story. However, the Army authorities have ordered an investigation to look into the circumstances that led to the situation. COAS made it very clear that any similar action, violating the sovereignty of Pakistan, will warrant a review on the level of military / intelligence cooperation with the United States. We should not forget that a similar warning was issued to Washington but without any result. 

It is important to mention here that in the backdrop of unofficial warnings regarding the possibility of similar hostile action against our strategic assets, the COAS made it clear that Pakistan’s strategic assets are well protected and an elaborate defensive mechanism is in place. One wonders Pakistani nuclear arsenal is comparatively much safer than that of US or any other country. We had excellent example of US security when its highly secure Pentagon was targeted without any knowledge of those behind the high technology radars and scanner as part of star war programme. Not only the Pentagon was hit as sitting duck but over three hundred US officers were killed in the attack. The defeat of US in Afghanistan despite the coalition of over 43 countries is rare example where handful of Mujahideen without any modern weapon and equipment forced the US to withdraw with humiliation. In fact, US claims to be a democratic country but it is nothing more than a beast adopting undemocratic, dictatorial and inhuman laws.

We have the example how they disrespected the dead bodies of those who oppose them claiming that their crime was holding extremist views. No doubt countries like US have not only caused tremendous loss to the world peace but have set even worst example than fascists and Zionists. The mass graves in Afghanistan, Pakistan and Iraq are not hidden from satellite thermal images.

No doubt, the enemies of Pakistan are quite successful in throwing mud on our respected institutions. CIA Director Leon Panetta in a statement before US lawmakers said that Washington was trying to get to the bottom of Pakistan’s “troubling” role in their professed ignorance about the whereabouts of the Al Qaeda Chief. He said, “either they were involved or incompetent. Neither place is a good place to be”. Honestly, speaking the statement goes true with those who claim to be US Intelligence agents. Various statement from Pakistani authorities are being published in print and electronic media in an attempt to try to defuse the impression that US helicopters’ undetected flight into Pakistan was also facilitated by the mountainous terrain, efficacious use of latest technology and “nap of the earth” flying techniques. Whatever that is claimed by US and is supported by the channels and print media on the inputs received from Washington, it is neither the technology nor the superiority of the US forces that led the US helicopters to come near Pakistan’s Military Academy or civilian houses in Abbottabad but the fact remains that US is partner of Pakistan in the war on terrorism and they are often considered as friends. The episode has remarkable resemblance with the attack on US military Headquarters “Pentagon” and Intelligence hub “Twin Towers” during September 11 “9/1’. Our forces are alert and are capable enough to defend every inch of their motherland. Let no one be mistaken that despite an ugly attempt by the enemies of Pakistan to defame Pakistan Armed Forces, every loyal Pakistani loves them and is sure that the past leader who acted foolishly was in fact agents of enemies and adversaries is responsible for this difficult time. One remains confident that Pakistan armed forces along with every patriotic Pakistani is capable to defend the sovereignty and territorial integrity of Pakistan.

Within one year of its occupation of Afghanistan, the US instead of stabilizing the occupied country started nudging Pakistan to do more against foreign militants and those sheltering them in South Waziristan (SW). It then started accusing Pakistan of providing safe sanctuaries to anti-US militants and allowing cross border terrorism. To divide the premier institutions, the US charged that some elements within the Army and ISI were linked with Taliban. Whom the US had not formed an alliance to fight war on terror. It forgot that Russia having suffered humiliation in Afghanistan because of US support wanted Afghanistan to become a graveyard for USA. Unlike Pakistan which is a coalition partner, Iran is hostile towards USA and desires its crushing defeat at the hands of Taliban. Pro-Taliban Islamic movement is raging in Uzbekistan and large numbers of Uzbeks are part of Taliban Army.

The main reason for overlooking all other players and singling out Pakistan is the secret plans hatched by USA in collaboration with India, Israel and Britain. Pakistan has been meekly enduring the snubs and illegal demands of Washington because of subservience of weak and corrupt rulers. Pakistan is stuck up in huge foreign debts, its economy is in ruins and oxygen is provided by US controlled IMF and World Bank to keep the country afloat. Pakistan’s economy has been deliberately enfeebled to force its weak-willed leaders to tamely hand over the keys of its nuclear arsenal to Washington.

Obama’s purpose of first troop surge in mid 2009 was to stabilize Afghanistan, gain effective control over all major urban centres as well as agricultural and poppy growing areas, dominate main supply routes, minimize civilian casualties, weed out corruption, improve governance, win over moderate elements within militants and convince them to surrender arms in return for jobs and financial assistance, expand and upgrade proficiency levels of ANA and police to be able to operate independently, build capacity of Pak Army to enhance its capability of tackling militants in FATA. 

When the stated objectives couldn’t be achieved, Obama sanctioned second troop surge in December 2009. Purpose was to break the momentum of Taliban resurgence by recapturing critical spaces in southern and eastern Afghanistan, and to militarily weaken it to the extent that it is forced to come to the negotiating table on US terms. When no worthwhile objectives could be achieved after upgrading total strength of ISAF to 152000, the US started blaming Pakistan for its failures and made excuses that the chief reason for not being able to defeat the militants was the continued cross border terrorism from North Waziristan (NW) which in its view was the hub centre of terrorism, where main sanctuaries of militants were located and where Al-Qaeda leadership was based. 2010 saw upsurge of drone attacks in NW.         

Pakistan is under intense pressure since the dawn of 2010 to launch a military operation in NW. All visitors coming from Washington have been pressing our leaders not to delay the operation since in their view it will have a direct bearing on the outcome of overall security situation in Afghanistan. While ignoring dozens of small and large scale military operations in seven tribal agencies of FATA and several parts of Khyber Pakhunkhwa in last nine years, the US is now stuck with NW and is trying to give an impression that Pak Army is reluctant to undertake action against militant’s sanctuaries or is incapable of fighting them in their stronghold. They forget that within NW, over 30,000 regular troops are stationed since 2005 and have conducted several operations. It was owing to successes achieved that Gul Bahadur was forced to sign an agreement in 2008.

A full-fledged operation on the scale of Swat and SW cannot be undertaken at present since troops are outstretched and extra deployment is at the cost of weakening critical eastern front. Very little rehabilitation work has been done in Mehsud belt of SW since majority of displaced persons living in camps of Jandola, Tank and Dera Ismail Khan have still not returned. Severe weather which will persist till end March was another constraining factor; so is lack of resources particularly helicopters and close support fund from USA.

To say that issue of terrorism will get settled after a successful operation in NW and that it will have a salutary impact on dwindling fortunes of US-NATO in Afghanistan will be naïve and far-fetched. It must be understood very clearly that small numbered Haqqani network and other militant groups in NW are not making any material difference on the outcome of war raging between Afghan Taliban and occupation forces in conjunction with unpopular Afghan National Army (ANA). Forays if any are too few and insignificant. These can be easily blocked if ISAF establishes border check posts at known crossing sites and mine/fence them. Bulk of resistance forces of Mullah Omar and Gulbadin Hikmatyar are residing in provinces of southern and eastern Afghanistan and are operating all over the country from there. With 80% of territory under their sway they hardly need any sanctuaries across the border.

Israel and India have been convincing USA that roots of terrorism in Afghanistan lay in FATA and inciting it to push forward its special forces into FATA to destroy the roots. Idea of safe havens in Waziristan has been transplanted into the minds of US officials so firmly that they have got transfixed with the idea and are convinced that until and unless the sanctuaries are not destroyed either by Pak Army or NATO, no worthwhile results will ever be achieved by them in Afghanistan and will suffer a defeat.

Had Pakistan been peaceful as it was before 2002, and there had been puny fatalities taking place as a result of terrorism, the accusers could have some grounds to get suspicious and hurl unsubstantiated accusations that there appeared to be some kind of linkage between Pakistan’s security forces and militants? On ground, Pak Army and ISI have suffered heavy casualties at the hands of militants of different hues who have joined up against them. Series of terror attacks have taken place on ISI installations in Peshawar, Rawalpindi, Lahore and Multan. GHQ was also struck by the terrorists. It is therefore highly unjust and immoral on part of USA to insinuate that Pakistan is backing the militants. The accusation is travesty of truth and speaks of mala fide intentions of USA.

Pakistan Army has suffered heavily since it has been fighting the foreign aided militants tenaciously without a break. Nearly 145000 troops are at war since 2002 and have been fighting under tremendous resource constraints. The US which had pushed it into the furnace of war has been releasing funds and counter insurgency equipment miserly. It has been withholding the critical support on account of Indian unfounded apprehension that the supplied equipment would be used against it. While the US is sympathetic towards Indian speculative security concerns, it is least bothered about genuine security concerns of Pakistan.

It is not Pakistan playing a double game and harming US interests as alleged but it is USA in league with its partners which is playing this dirty game against Pakistan. This fact has been amply proved after the arrest of Raymond Davis. Yet the US has the brashness to point fingers at Pakistan. It is still blowing hot and cold over Davis issue and threatening to sever ties if not released. Such callousness will neither bridge trust deficit nor help in building lasting friendly relations. The US has lost Afghanistan and is losing its protégés in the Arab world. It should bear in mind that Pakistan’s loss will be the severest of all.

 

US Planned Involvment in Balochistan

It was really alarming as a citizen of Pakistan and the regular reader of the newspapers to go through the news items pertaining to the first visit of US Ambassador to Pakistan Cameron Munter to Quetta and attending Pashtun tribal jirga in Quetta. Consul General William Martin also accompanied Ambassador Munter throughout his visit. Every one knows who is behind unrest in Balochistan. It is India supported by the United States. Munter very kindly announced that ?Balochistan is a proud province with a remarkable history, wonderful people, and strong traditions. I feel very fortunate to experience this firsthand by being included in this Pashtun tribal jirga.?

Munter must be aware of the remarks of the then US president Ronalad Regan who invited Afghan mujahideen?s leaders to white house.

A prominent academician and analyst Eqbal Ahmed has pointed out in one of his articles that ?in 1985, President Ronald Reagan actually called the Afghan Mujahideen (the future Taliban) ?the moral equivalent of America?s founding fathers.? At the time, they were battling the Evil Empire, so no degree of hyperbole in their praise could be considered excessive.

These ?moral equivalent of America?s founding fathers? are now, of course, terrorists.? The independence and the sovereignty of the same Afghans has been compromised since 2001. American forces are killing Afghan masses in the garb of WOT.

High-level talks between the United States, Afghanistan and Pakistan are going to be started on May 3, 2011. Earlier, the talks have been postponed due to the arrest of CIA?s Spy Raymond Davis in a murder case of two Pakistani in January this year. However, Raymond Davis case left two conspicuous impacts on U.S. Pakistan ties. Firstly, it has increased the strain in Pakistan and U.S. relationship and secondly also uncovered the CIA nefarious activities in Balochistan and FATA (Pakistan). The tension between two supreme intelligence agencies (ISI & CIA) further aggravated when American top political and military brass instead paying tribute to Pakistani security forces in Global War on Terror (GWOT) started maligning ISI for providing shelter to Haqqani Group of Taliban. In this regard Moassad and RAW?s financed Western and American media also launched a deliberate campaign against Pakistani security and Intelligence agencies. Pakistan has already condemned and rejected American political and military officials? statements regarding ISI and declared it a part of blame game against her security and Intelligence agencies.

Above all, CIA?s activities in Balochistan have become now quite intolerable which also put a big question mark over U.S. growing interest in this region. In fact, Creation of ?Greater Balochistan? is the top most agenda of U.S., India and Israel collaboration. Their obvious objectives are: (1) weakening Pakistan, Iran and Afghanistan, (2) establishing strong hold in Central Asian Region even after culmination of war on terror, (3) denting Chinese economic interests in African and Middle East while creating impediment in full scale operation of Gawader Port and the last is looking after Indian and Israeli interests in the region. Therefore, the American establishment has started supporting pro Independent Balochistan Movement, and anti Pakistan elements in Balochistan. In this connection, CIA supported elements are using America, UK, India and Afghanistan as their platforms for organizing, planning and operational bases for execution of the plan of Independent Balochistan. Moreover, some militarily supported political lobbies of America and Uk are facilitating anti Pakistan elements (so called liberators) to carryout nefarious activities against Pakistan. On April 28, 2011 US Ambassador Cameron Munter, visited first time Balochistan and attended a Pashtun tribal Jirga in Quetta. He went there on the invitation of convener of Pakhtun Ulas Qaumi Jirga Nawab Ayaz Jogezai. The jirga brought together 16 Pashtun tribal elders from Balochistan who discussed issues of mutual interest, including economic development in the province and matters pertaining to security. American interest can be very easily judged from her ambassador statement in which he mentioned that ?Balochistan is a proud province with a rich history, wonderful people, who have strong traditions. I feel very fortunate to experience this firsthand by being included in this Pashtun tribal jirga,? He further added that by meeting face to face interaction can address the difficult issues facing Balochistan , in a spirit of open communication and collaboration,?. U.S. Ambassador meeting with Pakhtune leaders in Balochistan should not be taken as simple interaction and need to be monitored persistently since such type of meetings might create rift between three segments (Pakhtune, Balochis, and Punjabi).

In the last week of April 2011 Carnegie Endowment for Intl Peace has rented its space to the Balochistan Society, of North America (BSO - NA) to hold conference on Balochistan. Alongside this development, United States Institute of Peace (USIP) has also held an event ?Turmoil in Balochistan. The participants of meeting were (1) jaz Haider (a journalist from Pak),(2) Shazadi Beg (member of Department of Justice UK),(3)Selig Harrison (a contentious journalist known for his critical views on Pak),94) Marvin Weinbaum (Middle East Institute). The speakers fomented venom against Pakistan very openly as directed by their masters.

On learning about first event, our Ambassador to USA Mr Haqqani has already written an unequivocal letter to the President of the Carnegie essentially arguing that Carnegie?s renting of its space to the BSO ? NA could potentially damage Pak ? US relations; legitimise the activities of the BSO ? NA who is an adjunct of a terrorist organisation BLA banned in Pak and urged the Carnegie Endowment to revoke its decision of renting space to the BSO ? NA. Response has not yet been rendered by Carnegie Endowment and the meeting have been conducted in the manners as desired by CIA. The government of Pakistan is extremely concerned over USIP holding of an event ?Turmoil in Balochistan? on an integral part of Pak, Balochistan. Since USIP is a congressionally funded body, one would presume that the event is being held under the patronage of Congress. Its implications on Pak ? U.S. relations will be extremely negative. American leadership should think that it is not just academic freedom or analysis that is important, what the USIP must assess is also the impact on our bilateral relations of holding this event. It is time to help consolidate the democratically elected Government of Pakistan. It is obvious that arranging such events, which are ideologically or politically motivated, serve to undermine Pak?s solidarity and its elected govt and defiantly causes hatter against U.S. character in Pakistani masses too. American supported political leadership tried to inflame public opinion in Pakistan and Balochistan.

The think tanks in U.S. are independent and completely autonomous in their policies. Despite the efforts made by our embassy at Washington, it is less likely that USIP will change its stance. In spite of the liberty accorded to think tanks, there always remains influence of state institutions. Therefore, the possibility of U.S. state authorities? involvement in this case cannot be ruled out. After analysing events of last decade and especially of last two years, we can conveniently derive that: - FATA has been focus of US attention for last few years in relation to GWOT. US always insist that Taliban are being provided sanctuaries / safe havens by Pak in FATA. Therefore, all the drone strikes and border violations have been taking place in this area. But mainly due to faulty U.S. policy, a worthwhile success is still not in sight in GWOT. When Gwadar Port started emerging as key project which could boost the economic activities of Pakistan, China and including Central Asia, many stake holders emerged on the scene incl Iran (Chah Bahar), UAE (Dubai) and India.

At the same time terrorist activities sped up in Balochistan and Nooristan (Iran). Nationalist elements in Balochistan have started voicing their concerns on Human Rights Violations and so called atrocities committed by Pakistani LEAs and demand for Independent Balochistan. Indian involvement in Balochistan is a major concern for Pakistan. There have been concrete evidences of Indian involvement in providing funds and weapons to dissident elements in Balochistan. The dissident Baloch leaders living in exile (Harbyar Marri in UK & Brahmdagh Bugti in Switzerland) were incited to raise their voice for Independence of Balochistan. Seeing the ripe situation, India with the connivance of CIA joined the cadres to destabilise Balochistan and ultimately Pakistan. Moreover, killing two birds with one stone, the Chinese interest in Balochistan is automatically countered if this province remains mired in unrest.

Due to convergence of interests, India and USA are pursuing this agenda jointly. To exert pressure on Pakistan to succumb to U.S. demands (for undertaking ops in North Waziristan against Hqqani and against Quetta Shura in Balochistan), the US is hosting activities of dissident Balochs in USA and Canada. Although the event (Rally ?Save Balochistan Campaign? at Vancouver at Summary) could not attract a big number but remains a source of concern for Pak.

Anyhow, the trilateral talks have been rescheduled to review the progress on already set agenda of removing extremism and its related matters. The issue must be taken up in coming trilateral engagements with USA and bilateral talk with India. Thus it is suggested that Pakistan should make the American authorities realize that Balochistan is an integral part of Pakistan and discussion on an integral part of a sovereign country and is abrogation of international norms. The government should also exposed Indian involvement in Balochistan and it must be addressed in bilateral engagements at Sectary level talks b/w India and Pakistan. Government should also highlight the issue of harbouring Baloch dissidents in Pak?U.S.?Afghanistan Trilateral meeting, similarly Afghanistan should be asked to stop Indian to use her territory since, the Baloch youth is being trained and supplied with arms and ammo by Indians on Afghan soil. Afghanistan needs to provide assurance of closing these training camps and not to undertake such steps which could harm bilateral relations as well as destabilise Pakistan.American should also be asked to redefine drone attack policy and provide drone technology to Pakistan. At the same time The ?Aghaz-e-Haqooq-e-Balochistan? package announced by Pakistan Government must be implemented in letter and in spirit to address the deprivations of Baloch people.

Today Americans are praising the masses of the Balochistan province. Pakistan authorities must keep check on the movements of Americans specially its ambassador and they not be allowed to visit each and every place they want to visit. Munter?s movement has to be confined to Islamabad as American interference will soon turn the situation beyond Pakistan?s control. So Pakistan has to keep proper check on American diplomats. This nation doesn?t afford too many Raymonds. We have to solve our internal problems at our own level.

The visiting Americans also showed their resolve to address the difficult issues facing Balochistan province but didn?t apprise the participants who is supporting the elements, who are creating unrest in the province. American ambassador is not Viceroy of Pakistan he is simply an ambassador and has to confine to his official duties.

Can we allow Indian ambassador to visit Quatta tomorrow and meet Indian assets hiding in Balochistan? We have to keep the US-Indian nexus in mind which is behind Pakistan?s instability.
